Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Every order ships from our facility in Saco, Maine. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your payment is verified, we email you a tracking number.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
Standard shipping is included at no charge on every US order. Faster options and their prices are shown at checkout. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the shipping method you choose. We can’t guarantee USPS delivery times, and USPS shipments travel at the buyer’s risk. FedEx deliveries are guaranteed, except where delivery would violate the laws of the destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders ship via FedEx or UPS at a flat rate shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Some knives can’t be shipped to every country. If a destination isn’t offered at checkout, we can’t ship that item there.

KNIFE LAWS
Knife laws vary by state, city and country. The buyer is responsible for making sure their order complies with all knife laws, import regulations and customs requirements where it’s delivered. Tekto LLC is not responsible for violations of these laws or their consequences.

PACKAGE PROTECTION 
You can add Shipped Shield package protection at checkout. If a protected package has a problem in transit, file a claim through the Shipping Claims link at the bottom of our website. Shipped is a third-party provider and makes all claim decisions.
